Display provider Barco has received Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance for its Nio family of diagnostic display systems.
The Nio line is available in 2-, 3-, and 5-megapixel configurations. All are equipped with the vendor's Backlight Output Stabilization (BLOS) technology, which ensures fast power-up and continuous DICOM conformance of the LCD's luminance output, according to the Kortrijk, Belgium-based vendor.
