Operating expenses from increased marketing, distribution, and start-up costs associated with the introduction of a line of general-purpose x-ray tables affected AFP Imaging's bottom line in its first fiscal quarter (end-September 30).
Revenues advanced 10% to $5.1 million, compared with $4.6 million in the same quarter of fiscal 2004. The Elmsford, NY, company reported a loss of $110,000, compared with a net loss of $72,000 a year ago.
