Canadian display controller board provider Matrox Graphics announced that Totoku Japan is bundling its Matrox MED and RAD series display controller boards with the Tokyo-based company's new ME351i 3 MP monochrome and CCL350I 3 MP color medical LCD displays.
Matrox MED series display controller boards include the MED2mp-DVI, MED3mp-DVI, and MED5mp-DVI, which enable display configurations supporting landscape and portrait modes from less than 2 through 5 megapixels, according to the Dorval, Quebec-based company.
Totoku's ME351i 3 MP monochrome displays offer 2,048 shades of gray, and a hardware pivot function for fast drawing. The 3 MP color Totoku CCL350i display is a high-luminance model designed for color medical images, and also is equipped with the hardware pivot function.
