Siemens Healthcare has announced that its Multix Fusion analog radiography system is now available in the U.S.
Multix Fusion features a height-adjustable, 660-lb-capacity examination table, and an x-ray tube designed to synchronize itself automatically to the cassette trays.
In addition, a 71-inch telescopic column allows the tube to be pulled down directly above the floor, so patients do not have to climb onto the table for examinations such as foot imaging, Siemens said.
