Medical Imaging Holdings changes name

Medical Imaging Holdings of Golden, CO, has changed the name of its wholly owned operating company to Unisyn Medical Technologies.

Over the past two months, Medical Imaging Holdings has acquired refurbished imaging equipment supplier Barrington Medical Imaging of Cary, IL; imaging equipment supplier Sonora Medical Systems of Longmont, CO; and ultrasound/x-ray equipment firm Echoserve of Golden, CO.

The companies were combined to create a nationwide lifecycle medical imaging provider, which specializes in systems acquisition and installation, multimodality service and support, and quality assurance and accreditation.
