Block, M-Cast form joint venture

Refurbished equipment supplier Block Imaging International has inked a joint venture agreement with M-Cast, a subsidiary of Japanese leasing firm Mitsubishi UFJ Leasing and Finance.

The agreement will provide M-Cast with access to the Lansing, MI-based firm's worldwide network of customers for the sale and deployment of medical imaging systems returned from lease. The companies estimate they will reach 1 billion Japanese yen ($11.1 million) in annual transactions within three years.
