Philips Healthcare parent Royal Philips Electronics has purchased imaging equipment parts and training provider AllParts Medical of Nashville, TN.
The acquisition expands Philips' capabilities to provide tailored imaging equipment service offerings and supports its multivendor service business and growth ambitions, according to the vendor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
