Three-dimensional-software developer Voxar highlighted several expansions of its Voxar 3D software at last week's annual meeting of the Society for Computer Applications in Radiology in Vancouver.
Voxar is now offering added customization for its PACS vendor partners, including the ability to seamlessly integrate the software into the PACS workstation, increased control over the "look and feel" of the user interface, and the capability to alter the behavior and workflow of Voxar 3D to mirror the PACS workstation software, according to the Framingham, MA-based firm.
Users are now able to launch Voxar 3D directly within the PACS workstation application, accessing the MPR and 3D tools they need in a single mouse click, Voxar said. In other company news, Voxar has incorporated its Colonscreen CT colonography application into its site-license program.
