Misonix subsidiary Sonora Medical Systems of Longmont, CO, has signed new agreements in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, Farmingdale, NY-based Misonix reported.
Sonora will provide proprietary know-how and intellectual property to Mexico City-based Suncom Solucion Commercial, to São Paulo, Brazil-based ATCS Comercio e Servicos de Equipos Medicos, and to PSA, SRL, headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Misonix said.
The agreements are designed to allow Suncom, ATCS, and PSA to perform comprehensive ultrasound repair operations in their local markets. Additionally, the license and distribution agreements call for Sonora to receive royalties from its international partners and for Sonora to support its licensees with replacement ultrasound transducers and advanced transducer repair operations from its headquarters, the company said.
