HealthTronics to acquire urological cryosurgery services provider

Healthcare firm HealthTronics has brokered a deal to acquire Advanced Medical Partners (AMPI), a urological cryosurgery services company, the firm reported.

The deal will expand Austin, TX-based HealthTronics' physician network, the company said. The transaction is expected to close by mid-April.
