USHIFU finalizes Focus buy

High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) developer USHIFU has finalized its acquisition of fellow HIFU developer Focus Surgery of Indianapolis.

Charlotte, NC-based USHIFU believes the deal will accelerate its ability to expand Focus Surgery's HIFU platform, as well as gain access to new markets such as India.
