Siemens Healthcare's Acuson P10 ultrasound scanner has been used at the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre in Tanzania to perform obstetric scanning during a healthcare link project.
The pocket-sized ultrasound device from the Erlangen, Germany-based company was used by a Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust medical team for the care of expectant mothers and unborn babies at the center and in rural health clinics.
