Digisonics adds to customer site

Ultrasound image management firm Digisonics has added additional technology to a customer site.

The Houston firm said that Biomedical Systems of St. Louis has added additional review, analysis, and reporting workstations to its DigiView network. Biomedical Systems provides centralized diagnostic services for clinical trials, with its physicians interpreting cardiovascular clinical studies using Digisonics' DigiNet Pro software.

Biomedical Systems employs physician readers from 11 countries, and DigiNet Pro gives them full edit and measurement capability for cardiovascular images over a secure, Web-based connection.
