Onsite Women's Health acquires Cyran breast center in Ohio

Onsite Women’s Health, an in-office breast health and imaging services provider, has acquired the Katherine M. Cyran M.D. Breast Center in Columbus, OH.

Under a management services agreement, Onsite Imaging Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Onsite Women’s Health, will provide nonclinical operational support, including staffing, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management, according to Onsite. The partnership aims to enhance service offerings, streamline workflows, and improve the overall patient experience.

Onsite has been partnering with breast-focused radiologists to offer a suite of breast health services that drive breast cancer screening compliance rates, according to the company. Katherine Cyran, MD, has been an independently contracted radiologist for several years, Onsite noted in its announcement.

“This new endeavor with the Katherine M. Cyran M.D. Breast Center allows us to push the boundaries of women’s imaging innovation while expanding our reach in the Greater Columbus market," Onsite Women's Health CEO Jillian Wright said in the announcement.

Founded in 2008, Onsite has performed more than two million exams across 26 states, the company reported, adding that it uses AI technology and offers 3D screening mammography, automated screening breast ultrasound, diagnostic mammography/breast ultrasound, and lifetime breast cancer risk assessment.
