GE Healthcare has signed a four-year, $100 million strategic agreement with Kayı Holding of Istanbul to partner on several healthcare-related ventures.
According to a May 16 report in the Daily Sabah, the two companies will collaborate on healthcare technologies, infrastructure, project finance, management, clinical and care solutions, and related health services for projects in Turkey, as well as countries in Africa, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The pact also covers the design and construction of health facilities and project management, along with the supply of the latest medical equipment and project and equipment financing.
