Vatech releases flat-panel DR line

Vatech of Yongin, South Korea, has released a line of flat-panel digital radiography (DR) detectors developed with Samsung Electronics.

One of the new detectors is 14 x 17 inches and features a single-panel design, according to Vatech. Another detector measures 17 x 17 inches and can be ordered with either a gadolinium oxysulfide or cesium iodide scintillator.

Finally, the company offers a 10 x 12-inch portable detector for extremity applications.
