PET imaging services operator Sagemark Companies has completed a second closing of a private placement of shares of its common stock, garnering gross proceeds of $2.36 million.
The private placement also included warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. The New York City-based firm said the private placement would allow the company to aggressively expand its PET imaging center portfolio.
