Eastern Isotopes expands FDG operations

Radiopharmaceutical developer Eastern Isotopes of Sterling, VA, is expanding its network of FDG tracer production and distribution via the acquisition of Pharmalogic by its parent company, Ion Beam Applications (IBA) of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.

The Pharmalogic facilities, including cyclotrons, are located in Albany and Long Island, NY; Boston; and Totowa, NJ.
