Albany Molecular Research (AMRI) and GE Healthcare have renewed their long-term supply relationship.
Under the terms of the new deal, AMRI of Albany, NY, will supply a raw material for use in the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based vendor's imaging agents. The work will be conducted at AMRI's Organichem manufacturing subsidiary in Rensselaer, NY.
The original agreement, which was set to expire in 2007, has been extended until December 2010. AMRI also said it would manufacture increased quantities of the raw material. Financial terms were not disclosed.
