Radioisotope manufacturer International Isotopes has set a mandatory redemption date of February 25 this year for its September 2003 Series A warrants.
The Idaho Falls, ID-based company said it expects a significant number of warrants to be exercised prior to the redemption date, and that the cash provided will be used to complete phase I and launch phase II of a new manufacturing facility dedicated to the company's fluorine extraction process (FEP).
International Isotopes expects to complete phase I of the FEP facility during the second quarter of 2005, and phase II by the end of 2005.
