Magnetic source imaging developer 4-D Neuroimaging's first Magnes 3600 system has opened for operation at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. The VAMC's Brain Sciences Center will combine the results from Magnes 3600 with data from the advanced functional MRI laboratory at the University of Minnesota. The research will be applied to the problems of mental illness, as well as normal sensory, motor, and cognitive activities, according to the San Diego-based firm.
