MRI Devices debuts neuro coil for Philips systems

Coil developer MRI Devices of Waukesha, WI, has released a neurovascular array coil for Philips Medical Systems’ Intera 1.5-tesla MRI scanners. The 4-channel array coil, which is used to image the brain, cervical spine, neck soft tissues, and aortic arch, is designed for use with Philips’ release 8 and 9 software. The product joins other MRI Devices neurovascular coils available for GE Medical Systems and Siemens Medical Solutions MR scanners.
