Imaging services provider RadNet has signed an agreement to manage the national chain of imaging centers formerly known as Nydic Open MRI of America. The imaging centers operate in 11 states and produce net annual revenue of approximately $30 million, according to RadNet of Los Angeles.
RadNet Managed Imaging Services (RMIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of RadNet, will provide management and operational services to these imaging centers in exchange for a monthly management fee and a percentage of the centers' net revenue, the company said. It's also eligible for additional fees from certain performance initiatives.
RMIS will also offers similar business services to other imaging center operators in the future, according to RadNet.
