Fonar releases 2007 year-end results

Revenues for MRI vendor Fonar stayed relatively flat in the company's fiscal year 2007 (end-June 30).

Revenues showed a small increase to $33.2 million in fiscal 2007, compared with $33.1 million in fiscal year 2006. Service and repair revenues showed the largest change, improving by 17% to $10 million in this fiscal year, compared with $8.6 million last fiscal year.

The Melville, NY-based company posted a net loss of $25.5 million in fiscal 2007, compared with a net loss of $30 million in fiscal year 2006.
