FDA clears Time Medical's open MRI system

MR firm Time Medical of Metuchen, NJ, has received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its whole-body open MRI system.

Pica is a 0.35-tesla unit being produced at Time Medical's manufacturing facility in Taizhou. Production will start in September, according to Time Medical.
