Canadian intraoperative MRI technology developer IMRIS has raised $52.5 million in gross proceeds from its previously announced public offering of common shares.
In connection with the offering, IMRIS and a certain selling shareholder sold 11 million common shares at a public offering price of $5 per share, according to the Winnipeg, Manitoba-based firm.
