Toshiba America Medical Systems has unveiled enhancements to its Vantage Titan MR product line, including a work-in-progress, high-density, 16-channel flexible coil system, the company said.
The coil system is designed for Toshiba's Vantage Titan 1.5-tesla and 3-tesla systems. It conforms more closely to patient anatomy, improving signal-to-noise ratio for more accurate images, according to Toshiba. The coils will be available in small, medium, and large sizes, and are suited for pediatrics and general musculoskeletal applications, the company said.
