The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) has launched a new MR educational program.
"MR Basics: The Series" offers 10 interactive modules, which feature topics such as the technical aspects of MR equipment and instrumentation, functionality of radiofrequency and gradient systems, parameters that affect image quality, and identification of common pathologies. The series will also have a module dedicated to MR safety.
Radiologic technologists can earn at least one Category A continuing education (CE) credit for each module. Participants who successfully complete all 10 modules can earn 13 CE credits.
