Fischer Imaging has promoted COO Steven Durnil to president and CEO, effective immediately.
Durnil replaces Harris Ravine, who has resigned from the company as an officer and member of the board. Ravine will continue to work with Fischer in a consulting capacity, according to the Denver-based firm.
Fischer is in the process of transitioning its business in connection with its plan to sell its mammography intellectual property to Hologic.
