Digitizer provider Array USA of Hampton, NH, has added DICOM conformance for mammography to the newest release of its DICOM Scan Plus Pro software for the company's Array 2905 laser film digitizer.
Array said the new release will support requirements for hanging protocols and DICOM tags, which are becoming increasingly common as the use of digital mammography grows. The new software will also save setup time for multiscanner locations by allowing the export of software configurations to multiple Array units for uniform scanning applications.
