PACS vendor ScImage has integrated its cardiology PACS software with the new U.S. Military Health System (MHS) electronic health record (EHR) software, MHS Genesis.
After validation of its new support for HL7 communication over Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, ScImage's PicomEnterprise PACS went live with the integration with MHS Genesis at Travis Air Force Base in California on September 7, according to the vendor.
