Foresight Imaging division TIMS Medical has introduced its TIMS Connect collaboration software at this week's AHRA 2021 meeting and exposition in Nashville, TN.
Available as an add-on to the firm's TIMS Medical Video Platform (MVP), TIMS Connect enables real-time collaboration within procedure rooms to support consultations with experts and remote supervision of exams, the vendor said. With TIMS Connect, healthcare professionals can join from any hospital computer to participate as an imaging study is being performed, and they can even control the in-room MVP system to record, edit, and review the study, according to the firm.
The software features support real-time video transmission from any imaging modality, as well as two-way live webcam video and audio.
