Visage Imaging has launched Visage Ease VP for the Apple Vision Pro spatial computing platform.
Visage Ease VP supports immersive, spatial experiences with cinematic rendering for diagnostic imaging and multimedia. Meanwhile, spatial experiences on Vision Pro can transform any room into a personal theater, Apple said in a release. The device features ultrahigh-resolution displays. University of California (UC), San Diego Health is the first health system to pilot the technology, according to the company.
"Technology that allows for sophisticated eye motion and gesture controls for reviewing 2D and 3D medical imaging could potentially help in efficient tumor board reviews and create collaborative spaces in healthcare," said Paul Murphy, MD, of UC San Diego Health.
