Carestream Health has released a new digital x-ray system called DRX-Compass, designed for community, rural, and private hospitals as well as urgent care centers and orthopedic practices.
DRX-Compass helps facilities transition to digital x-ray from analog systems, or it can be used to upgrade a current x-ray room. It features vertical autotracking and autocentering and a tilting wall stand to support a variety of exams, the company said.
