Radiology consortium Strategic Radiology has hired veteran radiology professional Barbara Perez Deppman as chief operating officer (COO).
Deppman served from 2015 to 2018 as executive director for Radiology Associates of South Florida; prior to that, she was an administrative director at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System. She began her career as a radiologic technologist and later added sonography.
Deppman is replacing Randal Roat, who is retiring in December after serving as COO of Strategic Radiology since 2012.
