Siemens Medical Solutions of Malvern, PA, has installed 23 Acuson Sequoia echocardiography systems and two Acuson Cypress cardiovascular systems at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and the Minneapolis Heart Institute.

The Minneapolis–based institution also purchased the Acuson KinetDx image management network, which links the cardiology department with its eight remote clinics.
