The German Federal Cartel Office has cleared Siemens Medical Solutions' tender offer to acquire CTI Molecular Imaging of Knoxville, TN.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in the second quarter, according to Siemens of Malvern, PA.
