Longtime medical imaging executive Doug Darrow of Siemens Healthineers has died.
Darrow passed away on February 26. He was vice president of molecular imaging for Siemens Healthineers North America and was responsible for the Molecular Imaging division's sales, marketing, and operations activities. He lived in Exton, PA.
Darrow joined Siemens in 1991 as nuclear product sales manager and later was senior product manager for the former Siemens Nuclear Medicine group. He was senior director of marketing and operations for the Molecular Imaging division before assuming his role as vice president in 2009. Darrow was also a veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy as a linguist.
Services for Darrow are planned for March 5 in Downingtown, PA.
