Magna-Lab appoints engineering VP

MRI coil developer Magna-Lab has named Robert Andrews as vice president of engineering. Andrews comes to the Syosset, NY-based firm from PLC Medical Systems, where he served as director of product development. He will be responsible for managing the manufacturing and continuous improvement of the firm's Cardiac View products, and will also manage the development of the firm's Artery View technology and other new product initiatives.
