MRI vendor Fonar received a notice from the Nasdaq stock exchange on December 19 indicating that the Melville, NY, company still fails to comply with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the exchange.
Fonar has requested a hearing before a Nasdaq review panel to appeal the notice. The company expects the hearing to take place in February.
