Radiation therapy accessories provider Bionix Radiation Therapy has released an MRI-compatible headboard.
Designed as an alternative to carbon fiber headboards, the Toledo, OH-based firm's T-Form Head & Neck Immobilizer includes a lightweight material that can be used in MR imaging and simulation. It can also accommodate most thermoplastic masks and head supports, Bionix said.
