Swedish IT and medical device vendor Sectra has received an order for its MicroDose Mammography product from the Swedish private-care provider Medicinsk Röntgen.
The digital mammography system will be used at Vällingby Medical Center in Stockholm, according to the Linköping-based vendor. The outpatient care provider delivers 340,000 radiology exams annually, of which 21,000 are mammograms, Sectra said.
