Broadlane awards MRI contract to Hitachi

Group purchasing organization Broadlane of Dallas has awarded a high-field open MRI contract to Hitachi Medical Systems America of Twinsburg, OH.

Hitachi's Oasis 1.2-tesla high-field open MRI scanner was chosen from a group of competitors based on assessment of technology, image quality, customer service, patient comfort, and total lifecycle cost, according to Broadlane.
