Draxis joins Nasdaq biotech index

Canadian pharmaceutical developer Draxis Health said that its stock will be added to the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index.

The addition will be effective with the opening of the market on May 23, according to the Mississauga, Ontario-based firm.
