PCP with bilateral pneumothorax:
The case of pneumocystis pneumonia below demonstrates the presence of cystic changes within the upper lung zones bilaterally. There are bilateral pneumothoraces. Patients with PCP and cysts are at an increased risk for pneumothorax.
