Histoplasmosis:
The patient presented with cough and URI symptoms. The CXR demonstrated right paratracheal and bilateral hilar adenopathy. (Click on small image to view larger radiograph)
A CT scan confirmed the presence of bilateral hilar and mediastinal adenopathy. The patient was presumed to have sarcoid, but had a negative biopsy and was subsequently found to have histoplasmosis. (Click on small image to view larger radiograph)
