Case 2: Reactivation TB
The patient shown below was a 15 year old girl from the Phillipines. She was clinically asymptomatic, but had a positive PPD. There is a cavitary infiltrate in the right apex (yellow arrow) consistent with reactivation TB.(Click image for magnified view)
