Pseudomonas pneumonia:

Pseudomonas is an important and most common cause of nosocomial pneumonia [1]. It accounts for about 20% of cases of nosocomial pneumonia in adults ICU patients [1]. Radiographically there is usually a bilateral patchy bronchopneumonia with a lower lobe predilection. Necrosis and abscess formation are common.
